Services : New Build

We have completed various new build domestic projects including bungalows and apartments, semi detached and fully detached properties.

All of our clients will be issued with an NICEIC electrical installation certificate upon completion of the works, this guarantees the client that the work has been carried out in accordance with the current regulations and that it is safe to use.

We can design the electrical system for clients or work from electrical drawings provided by the clients’ designer, here are some ideas of what we can install in to domestic new builds as there may be some nice touches that you haven’t thought of:
